Master Bond UV15DC80 is an innovative system because it offers a primary cure utilizing UV light and secondary heat-curing mechanism. This special dual cure epoxy based system solves the problem of curing areas that are normally considered shadowed and where UV light doesn’t reach. Another remarkable feature is that the cure can be activated at 80°C as against the common 125°C. The system allows for rapid fixturing and allows heat to be added to complete the cure. This secondary cure at 80°C is extremely popular and desirable because of the sensitive areas, but it was not common until this system came. When fixture is a painstaking and expensive proposition and when time is of essence, Master Bond UV15DC80 is used.
