The EP30D-7 from MasterBond is a urethane-modified epoxy that offers high-performance for bonding, sealing, coating and potting materials. It mainly features durable, high strength, toughened bonds manifested from the epoxy resins properties. The EP30D-7 also has an excellent electrical insulator and an operating temperature that ranges from -100°F up to 250°F, with a 100 to 20 mix ratio by weight. This product is 100 reactive and was not built with any solvents or diluents. Moreover, the EP30D-7 can be widely used on different kind of materials like metal, glass, ceramic, composites, and different kinds of plastics and rubbers. It is made to have high resistance to thermal and mechanical shocks, as well as several chemicals like water, oils and fuels.
